What are DASCIN Ambassadors?
The DASCIN Ambassador Program is designed to empower passionate data science professionals to serve as key representatives of the Data Science Institute within their communities and networks. Ambassadors are influential individuals who promote DASCIN’s mission and values, helping to raise awareness about the Institute’s initiatives, resources, and events. By participating in the program, Ambassadors play a crucial role in connecting like-minded individuals, fostering collaboration, and advancing the field of data science on a local, regional, and global scale.

The DASCIN Ambassador Integrity Pledge
DASCIN holds its Ambassadors to the highest standards of professionalism, expertise, and ethical responsibility. Every Ambassador is required to adhere to the DASCIN Integrity Pledge, ensuring their commitment to upholding transparency, fairness, and accountability in all their engagements.
DASCIN Ambassador Code of Conduct and Integrity Pledge
As an Ambassador of the Data Science Institute (DASCIN), I represent DASCIN to the best of my abilities and commit to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical responsibility. As a recognized advocate for data science, automation, and responsible AI, I pledge to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
Representation of DASCIN
- I will responsibly share and promote DASCIN’s thought leadership, research, and best practices while ensuring that any confidential or proprietary information not yet shared with the public remains protected.
- I will conduct myself professionally and communicate in a manner that reflects positively on DASCIN.
- I will ensure that all statements I make about DASCIN, its initiatives, frameworks, and programs are accurate and not misleading.
- I will respect and adhere to DASCIN’s branding, trademark, and intellectual property policies.
- I will use only the most up-to-date versions of DASCIN’s thought leadership, marketing materials, and official resources.
- I will properly represent my role as a DASCIN Ambassador on LinkedIn and other professional platforms without misrepresenting myself as a DASCIN employee or official partner.
- I will actively avoid conflicts of interest, particularly between my professional obligations and my role as a DASCIN Ambassador. When engaging with competitive organizations, I will ensure that my own interests are clearly stated and separate from my ambassadorial responsibilities.
The DASCIN Integrity Pledge
- I will be thorough. I recognize that DASCIN’s frameworks and materials serve a global audience, and I will ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper documentation in all my contributions.
- I will be transparent. I will communicate openly about my role as a DASCIN Ambassador and disclose my affiliations and interests clearly.
- I will communicate frequently. I will keep DASCIN informed of regional developments, trends, and opportunities that may impact the organization and its initiatives.
- I will be professional. I will uphold corporate standards in all my communications, including social media and public speaking engagements.
- I will be respectful. I will acknowledge and respect the contributions of other professionals and organizations within the data science and automation ecosystem.
- I will remain informed. I will stay updated on new developments, product launches, and framework updates within DASCIN and proactively familiarize myself with these changes.
Data Protection Statement – Ambassador Digital Badges
DASCIN is committed to safeguarding the privacy and data of its members and ambassadors. Personal information will not be shared with any third party or marketing organizations, except for verified DASCIN partners involved in service delivery.
Digital badges will be issued electronically by a third-party provider appointed by DASCIN. Ambassadors must review and accept the provider’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before claiming their digital badge. If an ambassador chooses not to accept these terms, the badge cannot be issued, and no compensation will be provided.
Unauthorized use of DASCIN digital badges, trademarks, or logos will result in corrective action, including potential revocation of ambassador status and legal measures if necessary. If an ambassador breaches DASCIN’s regulations, their status may be suspended or revoked. Suspended ambassadors must cease promoting themselves as DASCIN representatives until reinstated. If revoked, all public affiliations with DASCIN must be immediately removed.
