Login details are typically sent within 1-5 minutes of your registration. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received anything after 2 hours, reach out to us with your registration details.
Make sure you’re using an updated browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox). Clear your browser cache and try again. If the issue persists, send us a screenshot and a description of the issue so we can assist you.
If you have purchased an exam, you will receive an exam voucher. With this exam voucher, you can schedule your exam at any moment:

Digital badges and certificates are issued within 5 business days after successfully completing your exam. If you haven’t received yours after this period, please check your email (including spam folders) and contact us if it’s still missing.
